To the original purchaser of any product manufactured by Hayden Manufacturing Co. Ltd. or Hayden Industries Inc. and listed on this warranty card, Hayden Industries Inc. warrants against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, and for the following periods.

SuperVac™ Performance ..........................Three (3) years
SuperVac™ 3600 ........................................Ten (10) years
SuperVac™ 6000 .........................................Ten (10) years
SuperVac™ Premier ....................................Ten (10) years
Deluxe SuperPack™ ....................................One (1) year

Please fill out the OWNER'S REGISTRATION CARD completely as this warranty shall only become effective if the completed card is received within fourteen days of the date of purchase from a Hayden Authorized Dealer, showing serial and model numbers, authorized dealer's name and address, and date of purchase.

Completion of the On-line OWNER'S REGISTRATION CARD will generate an E-mail Confirmation with the effective date of the warranty. Please retain a printed copy of this E-mail Confirmation for your records.

Hayden agrees to replace any parts which prove to be defective upon their return to the nearest Hayden Authorized Service without charge, excluding all transportation charges and/or charges associated with the removal from premises and charges related to packaging.

This warranty does not apply to vacuum tubing, fittings, inlet valves, any parts associated with the installation process, nor any defect caused as a result of improper installation. This warranty does not apply to any items of a consumable nature, including filters and electronic modules unless proven to be defective in relation to their normal and intended operation.

Hayden does not authorize any person, including any dealer, agent, or representative to make any other warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, except those herein contained. Hayden shall not be responsible for, or subject to any action for damages or loss due to any failure or imperfection of the equipment.

This warranty shall not apply if normal prescribed maintenance has not been followed or if the products have been abused, misused, willfully damaged, damaged by fire, flood, or any act of God.

This warranty does not apply when any of the Hayden manufactured products have been used for any purpose other than its intended use, including any construction or commercial or industrial applications.
